Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of TradeReady's website and local SEO service. By subscribing, you agree to them. If anything here is unclear, email hello@trade-ready.co.uk before you sign up.
1. The service
We build, host, and manage a website for your business and run a local SEO campaign, which can include Google Business Profile setup and management, local citations, keyword work, and ongoing edits. The exact scope is the plan you subscribe to.
2. Pricing and payment
The founder rate is £149 per month for the first 5 clients and stays at that rate while your subscription remains active. Fees are billed monthly in advance through Stripe. All prices are in GBP.
3. Minimum term
There is a minimum contract of 3 months. After the first 3 months your subscription continues month to month, and you can cancel at any time with notice before your next billing date. Cancelling does not entitle you to a refund of fees already paid.
4. Ownership of the website
TradeReady owns the website, its code, design, and hosting setup. Your subscription gives you the right to use the website while you are a paying client. It does not transfer ownership of the website to you.
5. If you choose to leave
If you end your subscription, we cannot transfer the website or any email accounts we set up for you to you or to a third party. They remain with us and are switched off at the end of your billing period.
Google accounts can be transferred only if we originally created them on your behalf. For example, if we created a Google Business Profile for you, we can hand that over. Accounts that already existed before you joined us, or that you created yourself, are unaffected and stay with you.
We will always act reasonably and give you a clear picture of what does and does not move with you before you leave.
6. Lifetime edits
While your subscription is active, edits to your website such as new services, updated contact details, or opening hours are included at no extra cost. Edits stop when your subscription ends.
7. Your responsibilities
- Give us accurate business information and respond to reasonable requests so we can deliver the service.
- Make sure you have the right to use any logos, images, or content you send us.
- Keep your payment details up to date.
8. Rankings
We use proven local SEO methods, but no one can guarantee specific Google rankings or results. We commit to doing the work properly, not to a guaranteed position.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. If we make a material change, we will let active clients know. The date at the top shows when they were last changed.
